Wooden Carved Flags

Our wavy flag starts as a 2x4. We cut them to size and then carve the wave into the flag, so the wood is actually wavy. Every star is hand carved so each flag is slightly different, which makes them one of a kind. Each Flag has a several coats of Polyurethane so that it will hold up to the weather should you choose to put it outside.

We make muliple sizes ranges from Small 9”x17”, medium 13”x24”, and large 19.5”x37”. 

Our wood: Using pine allows us to keep this sign’s weight down as well as providing structural strength. Hand cutting each carefully selected piece helps us to avoid unsightly knots and bad spots in the wood. We singe the wood to bring out the pine’s natural distinctive grain, making each sign unique as no two pieces of wood are the same.  Since these are handmade of wood, each flag has a slightly different appearance.
Our Stain: We trust MinWax’s hundred plus years of experience for our stains and finishes.
Stripes: Each stripe is made from an individual piece of wood that is singed and stained before being joined together with premium wood glue.

Stars: Are indiviually carved out with a drimel . Can vary in size per size of flag

Hanging: We have attached d-rings to the back of the flag for hanging.
